MINOR PATCH – 0.28.1 (MAR 23rd 2021)

Hey gang. Aesop here with a minor patch, slapping you all with some balance adjustments and some bug fixes.

This update will go live on Tuesday, March 23rd from 7 PM to 10 PM (PST). Servers will be down for roughly 3 hours.

Character

As the season comes to an end, we’re not going to be making any large-scale adjustments with this patch. We want you to finish up your ranked games and have fun with it. We are including some adjustments for characters that weren’t really in line with the rest of the cast, but the biggest changes will be reserved for next week.

Nadine

  • Monkey Wire (E) duration 6s → 8s

Lenox

  • Recoil (Q) damage proportional to Max HP 6.5/7/7.5/8/8.5% → 7/7.5/8/8.5/9%

Rozzi

  • Dual Wield (P) 2nd bullet Attack Power 50/60/70% → 60/70/80%

Luke

Across every tier, Luke has a high pick rate. His win rate is fairly average, but is higher in lower tiers and in regions with higher than average latency.

Following the nerfs last week, we expected a larger decrease in performance for the Swift Racer to get her in line. She’s still above average in higher tiers, so we’re adjusting her just a touch more.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Multiple players can no longer receive meteorites when collecting at the same time.
  • Terminated player information is now correctly displayed.
  • Lenox‘s Recoil (Q) passive no longer occasionally does not apply cooldown reduction
  • Rozzi can now dash without issue after using Easy Shot (Q).
  • Bernice’s traps no longer ‘blink’ when activatingFoothold Trap (W).
    • His sniper rifle is also now displayed in the lobby. Sound effects have been improved after leaving the Collection menu.
  • Shoichi’s Good Faith (Q) has been tweaked to synergize better with his Bottom Line (W).
  • Sissela’s idle animation no longer stops after equipping a throw weapon.
  • More Oriental Herbs have been added to Temple 5 → 6.
  • UI text will now display correctly at lower resolutions.
  • Tooltips have been corrected.
