This is the first time a (major) patch doesn't have a a new character (due to all of the extra work/ certification process for Microsoft) but we're still adjusting some things, so read on!
Some tooltips are unable to be changed through a server update resulting in some changes not being applied to the tooltips in this update.
The 0.43.0 Update will be applied to each server through an approximate 1 hour of maintenance free distribution starting from October 13th 19:00 (PT).
