PATCH NOTES 0.43.0 - OCTOBER 13TH 2021

Good morning or evening or afternoon everyone! It's your friend Aesop here with another dive into some patch notes. This is the first time a (major) patch doesn't have a a new character (due to all of the extra work/ certification process for Microsoft) but we're still adjusting some things, so read on!

Some tooltips are unable to be changed through a server update resulting in some changes not being applied to the tooltips in this update.

The 0.43.0 Update will be applied to each server through an approximate 1 hour of maintenance free distribution starting from October 13th 19:00 (PT).

  • Camilo
    • A-coin Price has been reduced. (9,900 → 8,020)
  • Isol
    • NP Cost 1075 → 970

  • Li Dailin, Fiora's costs are set to be reduced on October 28th (KST).


Nadine
Nadine is meant to scale into the late game, so she shouldn't be particularly oppressive in the early game.

  • Base Attack Power 32 → 28


Nathapon
Nathapon's ultimate cooldown time was really long. For someone without easy escape tools, this should help him survive a bit in the early/mid games.

    • Cooldown 160/110/60s → 120/90/60s


Leon
Leon was swimming past the others while they were on land.

  • Human Torpedo (P)
    • Movement Speed Increase 8/16/24% → 6/12/18%


Rozzi
Early game struggles have been keeping Rozzi down.

  • Flutter (W)
    • Healing Reduction 30% → 45%
  • Semtex Bomb Mk II (R)
    • Slow on Explosion 20/25/30% → 25/27.5/30%


Li Dailin
Li Dailin's ability to dash around the map with Drink Up caused her to really perform well in high tiers.

  • Spirited Kick (Q)
    • Cooldown 13/12.5/12/11.5/11s → 12s
  • Drink Up (W)
    • Cooldown Reduction on Basic Attack 1s → 0.5s


Rio
Rio was getting a little too snowbally with her consistent firepower.

  • Kyudo Instinct (Q)
    • Attack Speed Increase for stacking Flow:10/15/20/25/30% → 4/8/12/16/20%
    • Movement Speed Increase for stacking Flow: 12/14/16/18/20% → 3/6/9/12/15%


Barbara
More freedom to place her turret. A true breakthrough.

  • BT Sentry Gun Mk.II (Q)
    • Cooldown 13s → 12s


Sua
Late game SP costs for Sua were pretty high, this'll help her not have to rely on so many drinks.

Sissela
Her passive often agonized her enemies so we're toning it down, but we're making it up with some ult buffs.

    • Skill Amplification Increase based on HP Lost: 2~10/5~25/8~40 → 2~8/4~16/6~24
    • Wilson Auto Return Distance: 10.25m → 9.5m
  • Free at Last (R)
    • Cooldown 150/135/120s → 120/110/100s


Silvia
Silvia was having too easy of a time picking and choosing fights.

  • Finish Line (W)
    • Slow 25/30/35/40/45% → 25%
  • Shift Gears (R)
    • Slow Duration when switching to Bike Form 1.5s → 2s


Adriana
Adriana needed some time to cool down, but she could use a little help.

  • Flamethrower (Q)
    • Damage 16/18/20/22/24(+Attack Power 10/15/20/25/30%) → 16/18/20/22/24(+Attack Power 15/20/25/30/35%)
  • Cocktail Party (R)
    • Damage 70/130/190(+Attack Power 40%) → 70/130/190(+Attack Power 45%)


Yuki
Cufflinks used to regen pretty slow when you aren't slamming Button Up.

  • Perfect Fit (P)
    • Out of Combat Cufflink Regeneration: 1 per 3s → 1 per 2s


Eva
Eva adjustments round 2. We're trying to reduce some of her late game strength.

  • Light Triad (Q)
    • Explosion Damage: 40/80/120/160/200(+Attack Power 45%) → 50/80/110/140/170(+Attack Power 45%)
  • Amethyst Flow (E)
    • Amethyst Duress Damage: 50/90/130/170/210(+Attack Power 50%) → 40/75/110/145/180(+Attack Power 50%)


Camilo
Camilo's strength will be slightly toned down but he'll be more flexible in choosing items due to the changes to Ole & Duende. This should promote more comboing as well!

    • Cooldown 20/18/16s → 26/24/22s
    • Olé! and Cierre cooldown reduction for chaining alternating basic attacks and skills: 2s → 3s
    • Shield 50/100/150 (+Attack Power 35%) → 75/125/175 (+Attack Power 50%)

  • Vuelta (Q)
    • Damage 30/60/90/120/150 (+Attack Power 100%) → 20/40/60/80/100 (+Attack Power 100%)
    • 1st Hit Damage when 2 stacks: 30/60/90/120/150 (+Attack Power 100%) → 20/40/60/80/100 (+Attack Power 100%)

  • Al Compas (E)
    • One Step Debuff Duration 5 → 7

    • Delay after returning from dash: 0.78s → 0.65s (The previous tooltip was displayed incorrectly as 0.23s)
    • Delay before finishing move: 0.64s → 0.09s
    • Movement Speed Increase Duration: 0.85s → 0.55s


Cathy
Cathy's mid to late game surgeries will now do the opposite of what surgeries are meant to do - hurt.

    • Minimum Damage 80/180/280(+Attack Power 60%) → 80/190/300(+Attack Power 60%)
    • Max Damage 160/360/560(+Attack Power 120%) → 160/380/600(+Attack Power 120%)


Chiara
She was showing pretty strong overall, so we need to tone down Chiara a tad.

    • Shield 40/80/120/160/200(+Attack Power 105%) → 40/80/120/160/200(+Attack Power 80%)
  • Mania (E)
    • 2nd Hit Damage 100/125/150/175/200(+Attack Power 70%)→ 80/105/130/155/180(+Attack Power 70%)


Hyejin
The nerfs to Twinbow should reduce cheese-abilty while the changes to Three Calamities (P) & Five Omens (R) should help her in extended fights.

    • Cooldown for reapplying fear: 12s → 10s
  • Five Omens (R)
    • Omens will now spin 10% faster.


Hart
New items helped Hart a bit more compared to the rest.

  • Attack Power per Level 3.3 → 3


Hyunwoo
Hyunwoo should try and land First Attack first!
