1.0.0 Cobalt Protocol


Improvements
  • You are now guaranteed to receive at least one item based on your basic attack/skill amplification tag when you collect all of your Legendary Equipment Guaranteed Supply Points and receive an additional supply.

  • Items are automatically shredded when you drag them out and throw them while you’re waiting to be revived or when you’re in the Control Room. You can also easily Shift + Right-click to shred them.


  • We’ve improved usability by enlarging the clickable area when purchasing Infusions/Items/Tactical Skills in Synthesizer.

  • Difference in score when the Control Room Supply Box spawns on Phase 3: 7 points → 8 points

  • The account level requirement for playing Cobalt Protocol will be increased. Account Level 7 → 15

 

Cobalt Protocol Tactical Skills

Mythic Accessories have been removed and Tactical Skills are now introduced.

  • They can be purchased for credits in the Synthesizer.

  • There are 6 Tactical Skills available (more to come)

  • Only one of each Tactical Skill can be purchased per team, except for Blessing.

 

Blessing: Calm Mind - Default

Immediately heals for 6.5% of your Max HP on use, and then for every second lost, you recover 5.5% of your HP and SP for 3 seconds. Removed upon taking damage.

  • Given by default at the start of the game.

  • Cooldown: 30s

 

Gravitational Field

After a few moments, nearby enemies are pulled in within 3.75m, dealing 300 true damage and stunning them for 1.45 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 60s

  • Cost: 100 Credits

 

Rolling Thunder

{0} seconds after activation, buff all allies with Rolling Thunder. Propelled by a wave of thunder, your Movement Speed gradually increases by 100% for 4.5 seconds. Colliding with an enemy knocks them back and deals 300 skill damage.

  • Cooldown: 50s

  • Cost: 100 Credits

 

Truth Explosion

Bursts out energy, dealing 300 skill damage to enemy test subjects in a 2.5m range after 1 second. Become enhanced with Burst for 8 seconds to gain additional capabilities.

While in Burst, your Attack Speed is increased by 20% and your movement speed is increased by 25%. Additional effects below are gained according to the number of enemies hit.

  • Melee: Damage Dealt increased by 6%, Damage Taken decreased by 12%.

  • Ranged: Damage Dealt increased by 4.5%, Damage Taken decreased by 10%.

Failing to deal damage to an enemy stuns you, and slows you by 99% for 1.5 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 7s

  • Cost: 75 Credits

 

Impulse

You temporarily stop for 0.6 seconds, then immediately leap forward quickly when the effect is released.

  • Cooldown: 16s

  • Cost: 75 Credits

Prayer

Allies immediatelly recover 125(+30% of lost HP), and their Defense is increased by 45 for 3 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 55s

  • Cost: 100 Credits

 

Meteor

Meteorite will soon spawn in the targeted location, dealing 225(+Level*25) true damage.
Enemies hit by meteorites are stunned for a short time.

  • Cooldown: 22s

  • Cost: 75 Credits

Sadistic Nature I/II/III

  • Whenever you deal skill damage to an enemy test subject, drain a percentage of their current HP as true damage to recover a percentage of your current HP.

    • Melee: Deals 4/6/8% damage of the target's current HP and heal for 8/12/20% of your current HP

    • Ranged: Deals 3/4.5/6% damage of the target's current HP and heal for 8/10/15% of your current HP

  • Cooldown: 4s

 

Martyr I / II / III

  • Upon dying, create a blast that knocks enemies airborne and deals 20/35/50% of their missing HP as true damage.

 

Introversion I / II / III

  • If you haven't received combat damage in the last 1.5 seconds, recover 8/12/18% of your missing HP and SP per second.

 

Rise from the Ashes

  • Upon death, automatically revive with fully recovered HP and SP after 3 seconds.

  • During cooldown, you gain 25 Attack Power and 35 Skill Amplification.

  • Cooldown: 85s

 

Omnipotence I/II/III

  • Increases Skill Amplification by 6/10/14%.

  • Gain additional 4/5/6% Skill Amplification for each Infusion attached.

 

Miasma Fog I/II/III

  • Upon 5s of death, create a swamp that slows enemies by 30/50/75% and lowers their defense by 15%.

  • Per Team: 1

 

Gag Order

  • Silences nearby enemies 4m in a range for 2 seconds after you cast your weapon skill for 2 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 6s

 

Plasma Nova

  • Deals 450 true damage to nearby enemies for 2.5 seconds after casting your weapon skill.

  • Cooldown: 20s

 

Time Efficiency I/II/III

  • Casting your Ultimate reduces the cooldown by 45/65/85% of your normal skills.

  • This effect's cooldown is reduced every second you cast a normal skill.

  • Cooldown: 11s

 

Overwhelming Strength

  • Become Unstoppable with increased Movement Speed by 12% whenever you cast your Ultimate for 3 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 25s

 

Money = Power I/II/III

  • Earning extra Credits.

  • Deal 2/3/4% increased damage for every 50 Credit-rich you are.

  • Max Stacks: 3/4/5

 

Party Rocker I/II/III

  • Hit an enemy for 0.7/1/1.5 seconds with a skill to make them dance!

  • Cooldown: 15s

  • Per Team: 1

 

Health Insurance

  • Recover additional 30% HP/SP and gain 650 shield when collecting a Heal Pack.

  • While you have a shield, your movement speed increases by 10%.

 

Strike Force I/II/III

  • Basic attack is enhanced for 24 seconds after passing through the Acceleration Influx Perimeter. Deals 5/125/200 additional true damage and slows them by 45/55/70% for 2 seconds.

 

Scar Ripper I/II/III

  • Basic attacks on enemy test subjects leave a scar. Scarred enemies take 8/14/20 (Melee), and 6/8/11(Ranged) additional true damage per scar stack.

  • Max Stacks: 5

 

7N39

  • Increases Armor penetration by 12%.

 

Spirit Culling Mk2

  • You or your summons recover 100% of Damage Dealt as SP and 28% HP.

 

Dulled Blades

  • Take 50% reduced Critical Damage after receiving a Critical Strike for 10 seconds.

  • Cooldown: 7s

 

Steadfast

  • Take 40% reduced damage when immobilized.

 

Thorn Shackles

  • Immobilizing an enemy for 5 seconds also causes them to receive 12% increased damage.

  • Cooldown: 8s

 

Valkyrie Drive

  • While below a certain amount of HP, taking damage from an enemy test subject activates Valkyrie Drive: Protection. Then, gain a shield that lasts for 5 seconds and increased Movement Speed.

  • Cooldown: 60s

  • Per Team: 1


Suspicious Experiment

  • Earn 1 random Infusion prize.

  • Something good might happen.

 

Melter

  • Your next skill or basic attack will deal a burst of true damage.

    • Melee: 35 true damage per second for 4 seconds

    • Ranged: 30 true damage per second for 3 seconds

  • Cooldown: 2s

 

Noxious Aftermath

  • Your footsteps leave a Noxious Aftermath.

  • Targets who step on the poisoned plates take 35+1% of the target's Max HP as damage for 3 seconds.

  • Per Team: 1

 

Double Trouble I/II/III

  • Attack Power reduced by 18/12/8%.

  • Your next attack deals 2x basic attack damage.

  • Cooldown: 6s

 

Hyperfocus

  • Critical Strike activates when you inflict skill damage

  • Decreases attack damage by 12% and critical damage by 6%.

 

A.M.D.S

  • Activates the A.M.D.S Barrier, making you immune to all skill effects and Damage Dealt by enemies once.

  • When the Barrier is broken by an enemy test subject, launch a homing missile that deals true damage.

    • Cooldown: 40s

 

Overcharge

  • Armor Penetration and HP increase 400 and 20 respectively.

 

Rabid

  • When your current HP falls below 80% of your max HP, your movement speed increase by 0.5 and HP Regen by 600%.

 

Immobilizing Presence

  • Removed for now.
