A temporary hotfix was applied at 2:40 AM (UTC).
Currently, the matchmaking division algorithm between premade and non premade teams is not working as intended, so we are looking into it so we can fix it as soon as possible.
Matchmaking might not be available for a short time while we tackle this. However, this may not resolve the issue at once and may require follow up hotfixes.
