Thank you for your detailed reports. After reviewing the issues introduced by the 1.24a hotfix, we have decided to perform a rollback to thoroughly investigate and resolve these abnormalities as efficiently as possible.

• Characters will no longer move to their target's location when using skills that allow them to move while performing basic attacks.
• Chloe: Recast of Puppet Theatre (W) will no longer cause Nina to strike repeatedly.

We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and will roll out the 1.24b Hotfix as soon as the fixes are confirmed.
