Wall Collision Additional Damage

You take additional damage when you collide against a wall from a skill hit.

We're adjusting P - Melody of Pain so that only Scream stacks contribute to Accelerando, which now grants Cooldown Reduction. Once a certain threshold is reached, it switches to reducing the Ultimate Skill cooldown instead.

Rio

We’re making changes to Rio's Hankyu following the changes in basic attack hit detection. Instead of attacking twice, she now performs a single attack that fires two additional projectiles. These projectiles don't deal separate damage, but she can move immediately after the first attack, improving the kitting feel. The number of projectiles fired by E - Soar during Hankyu also increases. 

Additionally, R - Fleeting Soul during Hankyu now deals additional damage when it hits a wall, providing a greater reward.

However, since skills can now be used during Overflow, his base stats and some skill growth stats have been adjusted.

Eva

Eva can deal powerful damage when well-positioned, but reaching that state has been relatively difficult. To help her out, E - Amethyst Flow now grants slow immunity while in use, improving her survivability and stability during positioning.

Jackie

Jackie used to be extremely threatening if she managed to reach her target, but the difficulty of closing the gap made it hard for her to reach her potential, often requiring repeated adjustments along the way. 

To address this, Jackie has been reworked. While retaining her signature feel, her overall skill set has been readjusted to offer more flexible gameplay.

  • Base Movement Speed 3.55 → 3.5

  • Bloodfest (P)

    • If Jackie deals damage with basic attacks or skills, she makes her target Bleed. Bleeding targets take 10/20/30(+Attack Power 25%) damage over time for 6 seconds. (Max Stacks: 5) At max Bleeding stacks or when she assists in a kill, she enters an Adrenaline Burst state for 5 seconds. In this state, each time she deals damage with basic attacks or skills she applies Bleeding at max stacks, dealing 10/30/50(+Attack Power 14/17/20%) additional skill damage and healing for 10/20/30(+Attack Power 15%) to 20/40/60(+Attack Power 30%) based on her lost HP.

    • When Jackie's HP drops below 40%, HP recovery is applied at max.

    • Adrenaline Burst is only triggered when applying Bleeding at max stacks to Enemy Characters and Boss Monsters.

  • Hack & Slash (Q)

    • Jackie dashes in the targeted direction and swings her weapon, dealing 20/40/60/80/100(+Attack Power 65%)(+5% of Target's Current HP) skill damage and recovering 50% of her damage dealt as HP. She deals 30% increased damage to targets at max Bleeding stacks.

    • If she hits the enemy with the skill, she can reuse it within 3 seconds.

    • Dash Range: 1.5m

    • Damage Area: 2.5m * 180 degrees

    • Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7s

    • SP Cost: 40/45/50/55/60

  • Crippler (W)

    • Jackie's next basic attack is enhanced, dealing 10/20/30/40/50(+Extra Attack Power 20/30/40/50/60%) additional skill damage and slowing targets by 60/65/70/75/80% for 0.85 seconds. 

    • Enhanced basic attacks with Dual Swords are applied as Attack Power 120%.

    • Cooldown: 6s

    • SP Cost: 30/35/40/45/50

  • Leaping Strike (E)

    • Passive: When Jackie assists to kill an enemy character her cooldown of Leaping Strike is reset. Hitting targets at max Bleeding stacks with a basic attack reduces the skill's cooldown by 0.5 seconds. 

    • Jackie jumps to the targeted location, dealing 50/90/130/170/210(+Attack Power 80%) skill damage to enemies nearby.

    • Movement Range: 5.5m

    • Movement Speed : 0.5s

    • Damage Area: Radius 1.4m

    • Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12s

    • SP Cost: 50/55/60/65/70

  • Chainsaw Murderer (R)

    • Jackie starts her deadly chainsaw. Her movement speed and attack speed are increased by 10/15/20% and 20/30/40% respectively for 8/9/10s seconds. The duration of the effects is increased by 5 seconds if she assists killing enemy characters. When she reuses the skill while active, she can use Massacre.

    • Massacre: Jackie swings the chainsaw in a large area around her, dealing 50/125/200(+Attack Power 60%) to 100/250/400(+Attack Power 120%) skill damage based on enemy's lost HP and healing for 30% of the damage dealt. When she assists killing enemy characters, she can reuse Massacre.

    • Massacre's damage caps when her target's current HP drops to 30% of their Max HP.

    • Damage Range: Circular Radius 3m

    • Cooldown: 60/55/50s

    • SP Cost: 100/125/150

Dual Swords: Changes to 1 Basic Attack 1 and Attack Power 160% Damage → Keeps 2 Basic Attacks and Attack Power 80% Damage

We're adjusting Jenny's P following the changes to pistol items.

Chiara

Chiara’s R - Plague was extremely powerful, but became ineffective the moment enemies got away and the duration expired. Now, using R2 - Last Judgement will no longer end the Plague effect, allowing Chiara to continue the fight. Accordingly, her overall damage has been adjusted.

Her HP recovery has also been increased in earlier levels to encourage more aggressive engagements from early in the game.

Felix

Previously, Felix was a character that had a hard time if P - Retail Spearman wasn’t properly used, but extremely strong when it was. This rework changes the consecutive attack, which used to only activate at max range, to now trigger on basic attacks for 2 seconds after using a skill, lowering the difficulty of execution.

    • Felix performs an additional basic attack to enemies at max range. → Each time Felix uses his skills, he performs two consecutive attacks to enemy targets for 2 seconds.

Items

Cooldown Reduction Calculation Formula Adjustment

The previous cooldown reduction formula provided increasing efficiency as the value stacked. The new formula, however, offers diminishing returns as values increase. While this makes direct number comparisons difficult, the change significantly affects item stat design and overall balance. Below is an overview of the direction behind these adjustments:


  • The maximum CDR cap has been removed, allowing players to gain cooldown reduction from more item slots than before.

    • If you're only using two CDR items (as in many current standard builds), your total cooldown reduction will decrease slightly compared to before.

    • If you're using three or more CDR items, you will gain similar or even greater CDR than with the previous formula.

  • For individual equipment, the following factors are taken into account in combination.

    • 1 point of the new CDR system is slightly weaker than 1% in the old system, but it’s now obtainable across up to five gear slots and is no longer capped, making it overall more valuable. As a result, CDR values will generally appear slightly lower than before.

    • CDR stats are now set in multiples of 5. Other item attributes like Attack Power or Skill Amp have been adjusted accordingly to maintain proper value balance.

    • For Mythic-tier equipment, the reduced late-scaling of CDR has been compensated by converting old CDR values 1:1 to maintain their strength.

    • For Rare-tier items, where balance impact is relatively minor, minor deviations from previous values are tolerated

    • Note that these are general guidelines and individual item adjustments may vary. For example, Leg equipment have received more value, and other items may have had values converted 1:1 or adjusted further based on design intent.
