We continue working on finding the root of the connection delays on the Asia 1 Server but as previously announced, the exact cause has not yet been identified based solely on our internal data.

Since the issue appears to be limited to this server, we believe it may be related to the cloud server infrastructure located in Seoul. However, this requires cooperation with external partners, which may extend the overall investigation period.

For the remaining of the Finals tournament, we are preparing the other servers and taking additional measures to ensure smoother gameplay and stable broadcast conditions.

We’ll continue to do our best to provide a seamless tournament experience and stable viewing environment.
