Matchmaking Improvements

Asia 1

• The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with Mythril 8200+.

Bug Fixes

• Game effects from previous games will no longer be unintendedly displayed. 
• Skill effects will now be correctly displayed even when repeatedly used.
• Skill effects will now be correctly displayed at the intended time. 
• Settings > Input’s Reset Shortcuts function will now properly function. 
• Settings will no longer be incorrectly displayed as reset.
