First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone playing Eternal Return. We are constantly striving to provide a better experience for you.

Starting from the upcoming Season 11, we will be changing the way the ER Pass is activated so that it can be used immediately upon purchasing a Season Pack.

The activation timing for the ER Pass included in the Season Pack will be adjusted during Preseason. Instead of getting activated at the start of the Ranked Season as before, it will now activate immediately upon purchase. This change aims to reduce confusion regarding the time gap between purchase and activation, allowing those who purchase the Early Bird Season Pack to experience the ER Pass even sooner.

Consequently, the availability periods for the current Matsuri and Royal ER Pass, as well as the Season Token Exchange Shop, will end one week earlier than originally scheduled. Please refer to the details below to avoid any confusion

■ Changes to ER Pass & Token Exchange Operations

- Starting with Season 11, players who purchase a Season Pack can use the ER Pass immediately.
- ER Pass purchases will remain the same. They will be available for purchase and use starting from the Ranked Season (one week after the start of Preseason).
- The Forge Token Exchange, which previously activated at the start of the Ranked Season, will now be available starting from the Preseason.

■ Schedule for the Matsuri & Royal ER Pass and Token Exchange Shops

The ER Pass and Token Exchane availability schedule will be adjusted as follows:

1. Matsuri ER Pass & Token Exchange Shop
- Until Thursday, May 7th 2026 → Thurs, April 30th 2026 before maintenance

2. Royal ER Pass & Token Exchange Shop
- Until Thursday, August 13th 2026 → Thurs, August 6th 2026 before maintenance

The in-game expiration dates for the current Matsuri & Royal ER Pass and Token Exchange Shops will be updated to reflect these new dates during the Update 10.6 maintenance.

We will also provide a reminder of these changes in the 10.6 Patch Notes and the 11.0 Patch Notes (at the start of Season 11).
