Hello Lumia Island Survivors,
After the maintenance on August 31st (Thursday), we received reports from both the São Paulo & Frankfurt servers regarding errors with the servers.

With the 1.3c Hotfix, we have rolled out a temporary solution for the two servers.

■ Temporary Matchmaking Adjustment
- 8 Teams (24 Players) → 7 Teams (21 Players)

as the minimum requirement number for matchmaking.

*We are also alleviating ranked grace points. We will be returning lost grace points and RP lost due to rank decay for affected players in the SA and EU servers.

We are continuing to work on the issue of the servers. However, we still require more time for a full solution. São Paulo & Frankfurt servers' information is stored in separate data servers from the others, and communicating with the data servers has been difficult. Until the issues are resolved with the servers, we have placed the temporary solution for both Normal and Ranked modes.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience, we will continue working on stabilizing the servers.
