- All characters and skins are free to use during the event period!

*Event Notes
- Using characters and skins unlocked through the event will not count toward Collection completion.
- Some skins, such as Cadet skins and Epic Exchange skins, are excluded from the event.
- All characters are free to use in Normal Matches, Cobalt Protocol and Custom Games, but will not be available in Ranked.
- All skins are free to use in all modes.
