PATCH NOTES 1.1 - Aug 3rd, 2023

Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 4 hours on August 3rd from 2 AM to 6 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.1.


ER PASS “VACANCE”

It's vacation season on Lumia Island and the first ER Pass is now available.

  • ER passes are available for 1550 NP, with a launch discount of 1190 NP for two weeks. ER Plus, which adds 24 levels, is 3990 NP, sold for 2 weeks at 3190 NP.

    • After purchasing the ER Pass, you can upgrade to ER Plus by paying the difference.

  • You can earn ER Points by playing games and completing missions to level up your ER Pass, as well as purchasing ER Points. Seasonal leveling will unlock a variety of rewards, including up to 1400 NP, 5 skins, 12 emotes, and 100 Vacance Tokens to celebrate Official Launch.

  • You can earn free rewards without purchasing an ER Pass. However, if you purchase the ER Pass you can earn additional rewards.

  • ER Pass missions are divided into eight weeks of missions, with each week's missions opening every Wednesday at 2:59 AM UTC.

    • You'll get 5 missions each week without an ER Pass.

    • You get 5 additional missions by purchasing the ER Pass.

    • Additional missions will be given to you retroactively when you purchase the ER Pass later.

  • Play and collect the ER Pass rewards!

ER 1.0 Season 1 Begins

Season 1 Ranked Matches begin.

  • Ranked points will be soft-reset based on the last MMR of the preseason.

  • Ranked Matched through pre-made teams are restricted for Mythril tier and higher.

  • Entry costs and Kill Points will be adjusted.

    • Increased by 2 points per division (250 RP) from Diamond Tier → Increased by 3 points per division

    • Your Kill Points are adjusted based on your rank.

      • Eliminations: 10 / 10 / 8 / 8 / 6 / 6 / 4 / 4 → 8 / 8 / 8 / 6 / 6 / 6 / 4 / 4

  • Achieving Gold Tier in a single mode gives you a Cadet Jackie.

System

Crafting Guide & VPad Improvements

We're making the first round of improvements to the highly requested Crafting Guide.

  • Clicking on the target item will show you the materials you need.

  • Left-click on a material to see where you can find it.

  • Right-click on a material to call in a Remote Drone right away.

  • Click on the target item to replace it with one of the recommended pieces of equipment.

  • From the VPad's shortcuts, you can call all materials from Remote Drones, whether you have them or not.

    • You will now be able to properly select the Telephoto Camera in your shortcuts.


Inventory UI Size Increase

The size of the most used inventory and crafting UI will become larger.

We will be increasing the size of the Equipment UI will but this will be done a bit further down the road, as it will require a complete reworking of the layout. 


Random Matching Voice Chat

In-game voice chat is now also available for random matching.

  • “Disable Voice Chat” is the default setting and must be turned off to be enabled.


Camera View Zoom Level Changes

By zooming in with the mouse, you can select the camera perspective used before Official Launch.

  • Zooming in once will give you the camera’s perspective before Official Launch, and zooming in twice will give you the current close-up camera.

  • If we get a lot of feedback after the Patch that you still want to play with the current one, we'll be adding two options to choose from.

 

Saved Plan Search Improvements

  • Search by Saved Plan ID is now the default setting, so it is easier to search if you know the Saved Plan’s ID number.

  • This also solves the cache problem of not being able to search past Saved Plans when more are being added.

 

Preparation Time Increase

  • We've received a lot of feedback saying that players are running out of time during the match preparation phase, so the timer in Character Selection has been increased by 10 seconds.

  • The Background Music is also rearranged to match the increased time.

 

Normal Match MMR Rules Adjustments

Measures will be taken to improve the matchmaking quality for Normal Matches in the long term.

  • We’ve adjusted the Normal Match MMR to be close to zero-sum so that scores do not gradually increase as the number of games increases.

  • By reflecting the winning streak and losing streak more strongly, the skills are measured more accurately when the number of games increases.

 

Temporary Safe Zone Relocation

As areas were subdivided, the last temporary safe zones were sometimes too close to each other. We’re changing this by relocating the temporary safe zones in nine areas.

Unclaimed Skin Vouchers added to Forging

Increases the efficiency of disassembly and adds Exchange goods that can be purchased with the Vacance Tokens obtained from disassembling.

  • We're increasing the amount of Vacance Tokens received when disassembling items by 50%.

    • Vacance Tokens will be sent out retroactively to those who have used Disassembly before.

  • We're adding two new types of Unclaimed Skin Vouchers to Exchange. Unclaimed Skin Vouchers can be redeemed for 210 Vacance Tokens and will guarantee you one of the skins from the list.

    • The list of Unclaimed Skin Vouchers is subject to change.
