PATCH NOTES 1.31 - September 26th, 2024

Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 5 hours on September 26th from 2 AM to 7 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.31.

Change Emote Sets with Wheel

You can now switch between preset emote sets by scrolling the mouse wheel while pressing the emote (T) key. Now you can use more emotes at the right moments!

If using the mouse wheel is inconvenient, you can assign hotkeys to directly access each set.


Quick Craft Priority Improvements

We’re improving the priority system for Quick Crafting (Z) to make it more convenient. Now, if materials overlap, weapons will be crafted first. This update also addresses situations where food was deprioritized due to items that were not a targeted equipment.

  1. Target items will always take priority (same as before).

  2. (NEW) Priority will be assigned based on item type.

    • If it's a targeted item, weapon materials will be prioritized, followed by armor, consumables, materials, and installations.

    • If it's not a targeted item, consumable materials will take priority, followed by materials, installation items, weapons, and armor.

  3. Items will be displayed in order of their rarity (changed from previous second priority).

    In the future, we plan to introduce an option allowing players to customize the priority of Quick Crafting.


Spectator Mode Hotkeys for Hiding Nicknames/Characters on the Map

We are adding hotkeys to hide nicknames or character icons when the minimap is open in spectator (observer) mode. Both buttons will be disabled by default, but you can assign them if needed.




Matchmaking Improvements

Asia Server

  • Meteorite will no longer match with Diamond or under.

  • Mythril players will now match less with Meteorite players. However, they may still match together if the queue becomes excessively long.

North America Server

  • Mythril+ players will now only be able to match up to Diamond 2 players.

Europe Server

  • Mythril+ players can match with other players quicker when the queue becomes excessively long.

We also aim to improve her basic attack targeting while she’s grounded and increase her ultimate’s damage the longer she records her target.

We’re helping out Vanya, who has been underperforming in high tiers, to have a better performance when landing E - Yearning on the outer edge of the ability.

We’re reducing the damage of this skill to make up for this and his weapon mastery to reduce overall damage. We’re also reducing the power of RW - Babylon's Dice’s rooting effect.

  • Players will now be able to collect food even when their inventory is full.

  • Markus - Warrior's Grit(P): The one-hit charge will no longer be canceled when hit by certain debuffs.

  • Barbara: The basic attack projectile will no longer start from under her feet when the Conclusion item skill is activated.

  • Charlotte - A Dash of Hope(E): The tooltip will now display the correct target.

  • Estelle - Hazard Shield(E1): Damage from the Bow weapon skill, Rain of Arrows (D), will now be correctly reduced while using Hazard Shield.

  • Ly Anh: The Accelerator Augment will now be correctly activated when performing basic attacks in Ghost form.


Lobby Improvements

  • We’re adding Tactical Skill Cooldowns information in Loadout > Tactical Skills.

  • Non-animated emotes are now marked as Common, and animated emotes are classified as Uncommon or Rare in the inventory.

  • Total achievement progress will no longer reset to 0.

  • Lobby screens will now be displayed at normal resolution.

  • Players will no longer to play disabled characters in practice mode through the “Try Character” feature.

  • Notifications will no longer appear when no rewards are available in the Challenge section.

  • Ranked Match Restrictions: We’re adding a new penalty type that restricts ranked matches for certain infractions.

  • Players will no longer be unable to play Tutorials.

  • We’re adding a filter to hide owned items in the Exchange menu.

  • We’ve updated the word censor list.
