As we previously announced, we’ve improved the Mk.VIII Destroyer M.A.G Magnus (Epic) skin to reflect your feedback and keep the cyberpunk concept more in line with our vision.
We’re magnifying Q - Broken Bullet, W - 17 vs 1, R - Bike From Hell’s skill and sound effects. We’ve also added afterimage effects as additional optics.
We’ve fixed the motion animation when getting off the bike with R - Bike From Hell’s.
We've also made further adjustments to the character’s voice distortion.

The sale of the S8 Premium/Basic Token Books II will be carried out until October 1st (UTC) before maintenance and will disappear after.

8.7 Forging Boxes Validity Period Application
Starting from Wednesday, October 1st (UTC) after maintenance some boxes will have a validity period. Make sure to check them out!
Boxes and Vouchers Without Validity Periods
Main boxes like Skin Data Boxes, Research Center Data Boxes, Season Fragment Packs, etc can be stored and used permanently.
Main Characters/Skins/Emotes/Profile Vouchers can also be stored permanently.
Scheduled to Receive Validity Periods
Promotion boxes such as Holiday, Change, Summer and others' validity periods will start running right after the 8.7 Update on October 1st, 2025.
They can be opened until Wednesday, December 31st 2025 14:59 (UTC) and will disappear after.
Boxes Without Validity Periods
Flower and card boxes will be removed from Forging during the 8.7 Update on October 1st, 2025 without a validity period.

Validity Period Counter
You can check the remaining time of boxes scheduled to receive validity periods in-game as well.
Make sure to open boxes, vouchers within the relevant time.
New Promotion Boxes Category: You can check the boxes with validity periods in Forging > Promotion Boxes.
Validity Period Counter: A counter of time remaining for each box are added below them. When less than a week is remaining, the counter becomes red.
Splash! Collection Ending Notice
A new collection will come in Season 9! This means the Splash Season Collection will come to its end on October 16th (UTC) before maintenance.
Season 8 Season Fragment Points and Exchange Fragments
You can only use the S8 Collection before maintenance for the 9.0 Update.
Unused Season 8 Fragment Points and Exchange Fragments will disappear after.
Splash! Collection Reward
All unclaimed rewards will automatically disappear once the Collection has ended.
Make sure to check every level of your Collection and collect all rewards before the 9.0 Update.
Fragment Packs Use & Contents
Already owned [Season Fragments Packs], [Common Season Fragments Packs], [Uncommon Season Fragments Packs] can be used after the 9.0 Update.
Using them after the 9.0 Update will give you Season Fragments from the next season.
*Make sure to use all your Season Fragment Points and Exchange Fragments, and collect all your rewards before the start of maintenance on October 1st (UTC).
System Improvements
Disabling Combat Lab (Rift) Kiosk Revival
The ability to revive allies using Kiosks or Mobile Kiosks inside the Combat Lab has been disabled.
Players entering the Combat Lab will no longer be able to revive teammates through these methods.
Squad Custom Games: Sequential Character Selection
We’re adding a new setting, Sequential Character Selection to Squad Custom Games.
Custom Games Settings
‘Sequential Character Selection’ can be enabled in Settings > Game.
Squad-only, default Off.
Selection Phases
When enabled, the 60 s character selection phase is split into three 20 s rounds, and players select theirs in order.
All selections are revealed simultaneously at the end of each phase.
Spectators can watch the full character selection process in real-time.
Pre-Selection
Players can pre-select a character outside their turn, sharing their intent with teammates.
Character Swap
After all team members have locked in and moved to the Saved Plans selection phase, players can request to swap characters with a teammate.
If both agree and the characters are available, the swap will be completed.
Matchmaking Improvements
Asia 1
- The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with Mythril 8600+.
- Mythril queues will will have stricter matchmaking.
