2024 Season 4 Preseason Begins
After Season 3 wraps up, we're diving into a one-week preseason for Season 4!
*Season 3 will end on Wednesday, May 22nd 23:59 (UTC).
Season 3 Ranked Rewards (including the Cadet Elena Skin) will roll out at the start of Season 4, based on your final Season 3 Rank Points
For Immortal & Titan, rewards will be calculated based on your server and will be distributed accordingly.
Season 4 will begin on May 30th after maintenance (1.22.1).
At the start of Season 4, your ranked history during the preseason will get a soft reset based on your final scores.
Saved Plans & Augments Reset
Due to the addition of a variety of new augments and items as well as changes to Augments, existing Saved Plans and Augments will be reset.
Be sure to set your Saved Plans and Augments before starting your first match once preseason has started!
Season 4’s In-game Login Event
A new login event will be available during Season 4! Make sure to log in and collect all the special rewards we’ve prepared for you.
Rewards are given based on cumulative login days.
Attendance resets daily at 15:00 (UTC).
After getting the rewards for all 28 days, you’ll receive additional daily rewards whenever you log in to the game.

Season 4 System Improvements
Personal Store
Discover a variety of items including Event Epic skins and Grab Bag Boxes exclusive to your Personal Store, as well as Skin Data Boxes available for purchase with A-Coin!
The item list consists of six slots, one of which will include an item at a discounted price.
The composition of the item list is determined by a probability.
The discount is also determined by a probability, with a min and max discount range of 10-50%.
Items in the Personal Store can be purchased with A-Coin or NP.
The Personal Store resets daily at 15:00 (UTC) with a new list of items. You can also refresh the list yourself by pressing the “Refresh” button.
Refreshing the list consumes a certain amount of currency and the refresh button can be used up to 20 times.
Your number of refreshes resets daily when the item list is reset.
You can access your Personal Store by clicking the Personal Store banner located in the Store > Personal Store.
Each player will see a different list of items in their Personal Store.
While most items will be available for purchase in your Personal Store, some, such as Cadet skins and recently released skins, will not be included.

Clutch
Activates when you wipe out a team while being the only survivor in your team. This effect is even more powerful.
Your movement speed increases by 150% for 2.5 seconds. After, you're healed for 15%(+30% of Lost HP) of your Max HP and 50% of your Max SP.
Movement Speed caps at 7.
After 2.5 seconds you recover the same amount of HP and SP once more.

Damage Formula Changes
The calculations for defense and damage increase stats are being changed to a multiplication formula for a better synergy during team plays.
Defense Increase/Decrease Formula
Before: Sum of all increases in defense, then apply only the largest defense reduction.
Example: If there are two debuffs, a 20% and a 10% defense reduction, the greater reduction of 20% is applied.
To-be: All defense increases and reductions are now multiplied and then applied from the original defense.
Example: If there are two debuffs, a 20% and a 10% defense reduction, defense is reduced by 28% (80% x 90% = 72% of original defense).
Only percentage values are affected; flat value increases or reductions will continue to be added or subtracted.
Notably, this change will allow defense reductions to stack, creating synergy among skills that reduce defense.
Damage Dealt and Damage Taken Formula
Before: Sum all values for damage dealt and damage taken increase, then multiply by the final damage.
Example: If there's a 20% damage dealt increase and a 30% damage taken reduction, damage applied would be 90% (100% + 20% - 30%).
To-be: Each value for damage dealt and taken is now multiplied in the final damage.
Example: If there's a 20% damage dealt increase and a 30% damage taken reduction, damage applied is 84% (100% x 120% x 70%).
As with defense formula changes, only percentage values are affected; flat value increases or reductions will continue to be added or subtracted.
Shared Revival Cost
You'll be able to revive allies even if you don't have enough credits, as long as the revived ally has sufficient Credits to cover the shorfall.
If you have enough Credits to revive your allies, your Credits will be used first.
If you don’t have enough Credits to revive your allies, your allies' Credits will be used first.
You cannot revive allies if the sum of your Credits and your ally’s is not enough to revive them.
Environmental Variables - Weather Changes
We’re addig a weather variable to Lumia Island!
The weather variable will be randomly applied after you’ve matched and before you select your character.
There are two categories of weather: Main and Sub Weathers. One of each will be designated for each match.
Main: Cloudy/Clear/Rainy/Sandstorm
Sub: Windless/Foggy/Strong Winds/Lightning
However, Sandstorm and Foggy are not applied together.
Main Weather - Cloudy
Lumia Island's default weather with no effects applied.
Main Weather - Clear
Overall there are less brushes around the island.
Your vision range is increased.
Base Vision Range 8.5m → 10m
Recovery from crafted consumables is also increased.
Additional Regen from Consumables 20%
This effect is not applied to the consumption of Air Supplies consumables or “Fried Chicken”, since these items are not crafted.
This effect is also not applied to the recovery from the Augment “Carnivore”.
You have higher chances to get Rare Materials from collecting potatoes and fishing.

You’ll find more Healing Sprays (Eco Objective) around the island.
Main Weather - Rainy
Overall there are more brushes around the island.
Your hearing range decrease due to the rain noise.
The range at which characters' voices and noises can be heard is reduced by 15%.
Wild animals' attack power is reduced due to them feeling heavier from the rain.

You’ll find more Glowing Flowers (Eco Objective) around the island.
Main Weather - Sandstorm
Harsh sandstorms apply a mild healing reduction effect to all test subjects in combat.

Healing Reduction isn’t stacked. Instead, only the highest value is applied.
Sandstorms reduce characters' vision range.
Base Vision Range 8.5m → 7m
A whirlwind is created in certain locations around the island.
Targets hit by the whirlwind are untargetable for 3 seconds.
After the untargetable is over you can right click to go over walls.
You’ll find more Sandy Mushrooms (Eco Objective) around the island.
Sub Weather - Windless
Lumia Island's default weather with no effects applied.
Sub Weather - Foggy
Information is limited due to the fog. Noise pings are not displayed on the minimap or the expanded map.
Additionally, air supplies' location is not displayed.
Sub Weather - Strong Winds
Your base movement speed is increased.
Base Movement Speed Increase 5%
Strong Wind zones are created in specific areas.
Moving with the Strong Winds increases your movement speed.

You won’t be slowed if you move against the wind.
Sub Weather - Lightning
Lightning strikes happen all around the island except in Restricted Areas.
The lighting strikes deal damage based on your Max HP and the frequency of lightning strikes increases over the course of the experiment.

Along with weather changes, flora known as Eco Objectives will be added to Lumia Island.
Glowing Flower
The flower emits a fan-shaped light and wave following the direction of the attack.
The wave increases your vision range and you gain vision from enemy test subjects within range for a certain period of time.
Vision range is increased for 3 seconds, warning the targets.
The wave is invisible to the targets, so they cannot know where it’s coming from.
Flower’s Cooldown: 60s
White Lily
When the lily is activated targets within a circular range from it are powerfully knocked back.

Knocked back targets can go over walls.

Healing Spray
When healing spray is activated tests subjects within range are healed.

When the mushroom is activated it releases a cloud of sand around it that makes targets within it to become invisible.

Tsubame
Tsubame going against enemies and using her ult skill over and over again to chase and eliminate them felt extremely unfair in certain situations. We are now planning to shift her focus from consecutive skill use to more reliance on basic attack damage. Critical strikes that previously did not occur will now activate, and her attack range will no longer be fixed.
Tsubame's new passive, P - Life and Death Seal, will now inflict significant damage every 4 basic attacks, and her new ultimate, R - Higuruma's Elimination Technique, will be harder to use consecutively. We’ll also add a pre-delay to it, but now instead all enemies will take damage. E - The Art of Camouflage will no longer make her untargetable and her invisibility duration will be reduced, however, she can reuse this skill to teleport to the location of the log.
