New Skins & Emotes

“So there are still fools clinging to their frail human bodies.”

Mk.VIII Destroyer M.A.G Magnus (Epic) Skin Improvements

We received your feedback on the skin’s quality after its preview release.

This skin was a project aimed at delivering quality worthy of its Forging rarity. However, if the final result did not meet your expectations, that clearly means our intentions missed the mark. We take full responsibility for this and will move quickly to make improvements.

We planned for this skin to be inspired by a “Cyberpunk” vibe so the improvements will reflect a bit more of this inspiration.

The improvements will be carried out as follows:

  • Skill Effects Enhancement:

    • Centered on R – Bike From Hell, the effects of Q – Broken Bullet and W – 17 vs 1 will be further enhanced with more impactful visuals.

    • We aim to reinforce the Cybernetic theme of the skin by enhancing the overall skill effects.

  • Sound Improvements:

    • Hit sound effects and character voice lines will be updated to feel stronger and more powerful.

    • We’re also enhancing voice effects to match the skin’s theme.

These improvements will be applied in 2 weeks, in the 8.7 Update (Oct 1st).

  • On the other hand, motions and effects for basic attacks have have been immediately corrected as they were a bug.

※ This item is non-refundable, both before and after the changes. Think carefully before exchanging Tokens for this item.

8.7 Forging Boxes Validity Period Notice

As we previously announced, boxes in the Forging menu will soon be tied to a validity period. This new function will be added through the 8.7 Update on Wednesday, October 1st 2025.

For detailed information, go to: [Forging Box Validity Period and System Improvements]

Boxes and Vouchers Without Validity Periods

  • Main boxes such us Skin Data Boxes, Research Data Boxes, etc can be stored permanently.

  • Main Character/Skin/Emote/Profile vouchers can also be stored permanently.

Boxes and Vouchers Scheduled to Receive Validity Periods

  • Promotion boxes such as Holiday, Change, Summer boxes and items/boxes introduced through a season only will have a validity period.

  • Once development for this new feature is completed, we’ll announce start and end date through a separate announcement.

Boxes Soon to Disappear

  • Special items exclusive to the season of its release such as Flower Boxes, Card Boxes, Imp’s Pouch, etc. These items will disappear though our 8.7 Update as they no longer hold value.

New Bernice emotes will be available.

System

Dynamic Item Recommended System

A new Item Recommendation System is being added to the game. When you obtain a Special Material (Meteorite, Tree of Life, Mythril, Force Core, VF Blood Sample) that is not used in your current target items, the system will either notify you of teammates who need it or suggest alternative items that serve a similar role and can be crafted with the Special Material you acquired.

The system operates in the following order of priority:

Notify Teammates Who Need the Material

  • If a teammate requires the Special Material for their target items, that teammate will be marked, and the relevant Special Material will be highlighted.

    • You can also ping to notify your teammate that you have the required material.

Recommend Alternative Item Lists

  • If no teammate needs the Special Material, a “Alternative Item Recommendations” button will appear.

  • Clicking the button will display alternative item lists made up of equipment that can be crafted with the Special Material you currently possess. You can replace your current target item list with one of these alternatives using the swap button on the left side of the list.

    • The alternative item list prioritizes items that can replace the [Unique] skill of the first late-game item in your list. Note: Healing Reduction effects are excluded from this replacement list.

    • If no replacement item is available for the [Unique] skill within the remaining equipment slots (excluding currently equipped Legendary or higher items), the system will recommend alternative items based on stat similarity scores.

Crafting Higher Rarity Consumables

  • If no suitable equipment alternatives can be crafted, the system will instead guide you toward higher rarity consumables (such as Zen Vitality or Tear of Selene) and consumable recipes that use the Special Material.

Operator Nadja Guide Changes

  • With the introduction of the Dynamic Item Recommendation System, the higher-rarity equipment crafting guide from Operator Nadja that previously appeared upon obtaining a Special Material will be removed.

Recommended Late-Game Items Auto-registration

  • When creating or editing a Saved Plan, if no late-game items are registered, the default recommended late-game items for that character will now be automatically registered, ensuring no empty slots remain.

Opening Multiple Forging Boxes

To address the inconvenience of having to open boxes individually when holding fewer than 10, the 10 boxes button will now automatically adjust to the number of boxes you own.

  • For example, if you have 7 boxes, the button will change to Open 7 boxes and allow you to open them all at once.

  • This feature also applies when opening boxes consecutively.

Gameplay

Vision Range

  • The vision range reduction effect at night has been decreased by 5%, increasing the overall vision range during nighttime compared to before.

Matchmaking Adjustments

  • Asia 1 Server

    • The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with 8,400 or more points in Mythril.

  • North America Server

    • The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players in Meteorite.

Characters

Character Prices are adjusted!

  • Henry

    • 9,900 A-Coin → 8,020 A-Coin

  • Garnet

    • 650 NP → 350 NP

    • 8,020 A-Coin → 4,340 A-Coin

Garnet

Even considering that she has a damage reduction skill, her base durability is still too low. We’re increasing her Base HP so she can maintain a certain level of survivability even when her skills are unavailable.

  • Max HP  980 → 1010

NiaH

Because the movement speed increase from E – 1UP decreases over its duration, it often fails to deliver its intended effect. We’re increasing the movement speed bonus so that succeeding with 1UP gives her stronger survivability.

  • 1UP(E)

    • Movement Speed Increase 30(+Skill Amplification 2%)% → 40(+Skill Amplification 2%)%

Debi & Marlene

Debi & Marlene are still showing somewhat lacking combat ability. We’re increasing the number of projectiles on Marlene’s W – Crescent Dance so red marks can be applied more easily against multiple enemies, improving skill combos and damage stacking.

  • Crescent Dance (Marlene W)

    • Energy Bolts 3/4/5/6/7 → 5/6/7/8/9

Laura

Since the change to the cooldown reduction formula, Laura has been performing below average. We’re slightly reducing the cooldown of Q – Thorn Lilac to allow for smoother skill combos.

  • Thorn Lilac(Q)

    • Cooldown 4.5/4/3.5/3/2.5s → 4/3.6/3.2/2.8/2.4s

Lenox

Although her average damage has risen somewhat in recent patches, she is still not meeting expectations. We’re increasing the range of W – Snakebite so she can create more opportunities in fights.

  • Snakebite(W)

    • Range 8.5m → 9m

Luke

We’re strengthening his bat weapon mastery effect to make up for his low average damage and improve sustained fighting ability.

  • Attack speed per Bat Mastery Level 3% → 3.4%

Lenore

Her skills are designed to be difficult to connect, resulting in inconsistent performance from fight to fight. We’re increasing the movement speed bonus of enhanced W – Fine and the slow duration of enhanced E – Dal Segno to improve her stability and combo potential in fights.

  • Fine(W)

    • Enhanced Effects Movement Speed Increase 25% → 30%

  • Dal Segno(E)

    • Enhanced Effects Slow Duration 1.25s → 1.5s

Li Dailin

With her ability to quickly stack damage, her average points earned are currently very high. We’re reducing the P – Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Dialed In damage to keep her power in check.

  • Blood Alcohol Content (BAC)(P)

    • Dialed In Damage (Attack Power40/50/60%) * (Basic Attack Amplification) → (Attack Power35/45/55%) * (Basic Attack Amplification)

Rio

We’re increasing Rio’s base durability to improve stability in combat.

  • Base Defense 49 → 51

Mai

Mai has been underperforming since the change to W – Shawl Veil and the reduced mobility of E – Catwalk. We’re increasing her base movement speed to improve overall mobility and the damage reduction on W – Shawl Veil to bolster her durability.

  • Base Movement Speed 3.5 → 3.55

  • Shawl Veil(W)

    • Damage Taken Reduction 32/34/36/38/40% → 37/39/41/43/45%

Markus

Due to repeated stat reductions, Markus has generally been weaker. Instead of restoring solely his strength, we’re improving his team synergy when initiating fights by increasing the defense reduction of R – Smash to Smithereens when it lands.

  • Smash to Smithereens(R)

    • Defense Reduction 15% → 20%

Magnus

After the defense increase from P – Tough Body was reduced, he has been lacking. We’re easing the spin condition of W – 17 vs 1 so he can still reach sufficient hits even with lower defense.

  • 17 vs 1(W)

    • Spin Increase Per 40 Additional Defense 1 → Per 35 Additional Defense 1

Vanya

She tends to take too long to eliminate enemies and lacks a clear edge in melee combat. We’re slightly increasing the damage of W – Butterfly Embrace to improve her fighting capability.

  • Butterfly Embrace(W)

    • Damage 20/23/26/29/32(+Skill Amplification 16%) → 20/24/28/32/36(+Skill Amplification 16%)

Xiukai

Even considering his tanking and support abilities, his average damage is on the low side. We’re increasing the damage of R – Burnt to a Crisp so he can have more impact in fights.

  • Burnt to a Crisp(R)

    • Damage 60/95/130(+Skill Amplification 50%)(+Max HP 3.5%) → 60/95/130(+Skill Amplification 55%)(+Max HP 4%)

Shoichi

Shoichi has been underperforming in most scenarios. We’re increasing his dagger damage from P – Phony Deal and the damage of R – Ruthless to improve his general performance, while reducing the damage of W – Bottom Line to curb explosive AoE bursts.

  • Phony Deal(P)

    • Dagger Damage 20/50/80(+Skill Amplification 30%) → 40/70/100(+Skill Amplification 30%)

  • Bottom Line(W)

    • Damage 60/80/100/120/140(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 40/60/80/100/120(+Skill Amplification 60%)

  • Ruthless(R)

    • Damage 50/150/250(+Skill Amplification 65%) → 50/150/250(+Skill Amplification 70%)

Sua

The shorter blind duration made W – The Curious Case feel underwhelming. We’re raising its damage so it remains impactful when used on enemies.

  • The Curious Case(W)

    • Damage 30/60/90/120/150(+Skill Amplification 30%) → 30/60/90/120/150(+Skill Amplification 40%)

  • Memory(R)

    • Memory of The Curious Case(R-W)

      • Damage 50/100/150(+Skill Amplification 30%) → 50/100/150(+Skill Amplification 40%)

Xuelin

Although her stats have stabilized, she is still a bit too strong. We’re slightly lowering her base attack power to tone her down.

  • Basic Attack Power37 → 35

Silvia

She continues to maintain a solid performance. We’re reducing her pistol mastery effect to keep her strong power in check.

  • Skill Amp per Pistol Mastery Level 4.3% → 4.2%

Adela

Her ability to deliver high burst damage followed by her team follow-up makes her very strong. We’re increasing the damage of Q – Promotion’s Pawn and Queen to maintain her baseline power, but reducing the damage from W – Knight Fork and E – Castling to control excessive burst.

  • Promotion(Q)

    • Pawn Damage 40/80/120/160/200(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 60/100/140/180/220(+Skill Amplification 60%)

    • Queen Damage 50/95/140/185/230(+Skill Amplification 75%) → 80/125/170/215/260(+Skill Amplification 75%)

  • Knight Fork(W)

    • When knocking back Pawn and Queen Damage Promotion Damage 40% → 35%

  • Castling(E)

    • When Pawn and Queen are on the way Damage Promotion Damage 40% → 35%

Adriana

After consecutive reductions, she has been underperforming. We’re strengthening her throw weapon mastery effect to raise her overall power.

  • Skill Amp per Throw Mastery Level 3.8% → 4%

Adina

We’re increasing the damage of W – Astral Trine to enhance her underwhelming performance.

  • Astral Trine(W)

    • Damage 70/90/110/130/150(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 70/90/110/130/150(+Skill Amplification 65%)

Aya

Assault Rifle Aya has been performing too well, so we’re slightly reducing her mastery effect. Sniper Rifle Aya has been weaker, so we’re boosting her mastery effect to compensate.

  • Basic Attack Amplification per Assault Rifle Mastery Level 1.4% → 1.3%

  • Skill Amp per Sniper Rifle Mastery Level 4.5% → 4.6%

Isol

He has been showing high average damage, particularly Pistol Isol. We’re lowering the damage of his main skill, W – Rebel Assault, to keep him in check.

  • Rebel Assault(W)

    • Damage 10/15/20/25/30(+Attack Power60%)(+Skill Amplification 24%) → 13/16/19/22/25(+Attack Power60%)(+Skill Amplification 24%)

Alonso

Alonso currently lacks the presence needed to hold the line against enemies. We’re raising the stun duration of Q – Energy Punch and significantly increasing the damage of W – Bouncing Shield to make him more threatening.

  • Energy Punch(Q)

    • Stunned Duration 0.7s → 0.75s

  • Bouncing Shield(W)

    • Projectile Damage 30/35/40/45/50(+Skill Amplification 25%)(+Additional HP 8%) → 30/35/40/45/50(+Skill Amplification 25%)(+Additional HP 10%)

    • Ending Damage 80/120/160/200/240(+Skill Amplification 50%)(+Additional HP 15%) → 80/120/160/200/240(+Skill Amplification 50%)(+Additional HP 20%)

Aiden

Even if E – Backstep lands, Aiden often struggles to follow up with E2 – Bolt Rush if the opponent creates a bit of distance. To address this, we’re increasing the recast range so it’s harder for enemies to escape.

  • Backstep(E)

    • Bolt Rush (E2)

      • Recast Range 10m → 11m

Elena

Even with tanky item builds, she can still deal high damage. We’re reducing the second hit damage of Q – Crystal Elegance to keep her power in check.

  • Crystal Elegance(Q)

    • 2nd Hit Damage 40/70/100/130/160(+Skill Amplification 35%)(+Additional HP 12%) → 40/70/100/130/160(+Skill Amplification 35%)(+Additional HP 10%)

Johann

Despite his strong support ability, his average damage is too low. We’re increasing the damage of Q – Radiant Brilliance to boost his contribution in fights.

  • Radiant Brilliance(Q)

    • Damage 60/95/130/165/200(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 60/95/130/165/200(+Skill Amplification 70%)

    • Enhanced Damage 100/145/190/235/280(+Skill Amplification 110%) → 100/150/200/250/300(+Skill Amplification 110%)

Justyna

She has been showing a strong performance at the highest levels. We’re reducing her base defense to reduce her overall stability.

  • Base Defense 54 → 52

Yuki

We’re increasing the attack speed reduction on hit from E – Dashing Gentleman to improve his dueling capability.

  • Dashing Gentleman(E)

    • Attack Speed Reduction 30% → 40%

Ly Anh

Even after successfully turning possessed, she has not been able to exert enough power. We’re increasing the HP recovery of P – The Possession while she’s possessed to enhance her durability, and reducing the cooldown of Q – Run Away! so she can become possessed more reliably even if the skill doesn’t land.

  • The Possession(P)

    • Possessed HP Recovery Fixed Damage 100% → 125%

  • Run Away! (Ly Anh Q)

    • Cooldown 5/4.5/4/3.5/3s → 4/3.5/3/2.5/2s

Zahir

We’re improving the performance of Throw Zahir by slightly strengthening his mastery scaling.

  • Skill Amp per Throw Mastery Level 4.3% → 4.4%

Jenny

Jenny has been performing extremely well since the last patch. We’re reducing the attack speed increase of P – Play Dead and her HP recovery upon revival to keep her power in check.

  • Play Dead(P)

    • Red Wine Attack Speed Increase 30/50/70% → 30/45/60%

    • Upon Revival HP Recovery 200(+Max HP 2/11/20%) → 100(+Max HP 2/11/20%)

Kenneth

We’re increasing his base HP to improve his durability.

  • Base HP 960 → 1000

Felix

We’re reducing his defense per level to lower his survivability, rebalancing his strong overall performance.

  • Defense per Level 3.2 → 3

Priya

  • We’re making improvements to Blossoming Melody(Q)’s detection effects.

Piolo

We’re increasing the damage of E – Stalled Throw / Skyward Pummel to make up for his lack in power.

  • Stalled Throw / Skyward Pummel(E)

    • Skyward Pummel Damage 50/75/100/125/150(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 50/75/100/125/150(+Skill Amplification 65%)

Hart

Hart has been super strong at high tiers thanks to her strong mobility and stability. We’re reducing her base defense to increase the risks of both engaging and holding positions, keeping her overall survivability in check.

  • Base Defense 50 → 47

Henry

Henry’s performance has been highly inconsistent depending on the situation.

We’re increasing the range of Q – Clock Hands’s minute hands to improve hit reliability and adjusting W – Chronograph by fixing its cooldown for smoother usability. We’re also strengthening the projectile speed reduction of R – Chrono Field to enhance his defense. At the same time, we’re reducing the base damage of W – Chronograph and correcting the rooted duration at level 5 of E – Time Jump, reducing his burst potential and balancing his overall power.

  • Clock Hands(Q)

    • Minute Hands Range 7.8m → 8m

  • Chronograph(W)

    • Damage 10/20/30/40/50(+Skill Amplification 20%)(+대상 Max HP 1/1/2/2/3%) → 8/16/24/32/40(+Skill Amplification 20%)(+대상 Max HP 1/1/2/2/3%)
