Here's a follow up for the Skin Box Data situation

1. What happened?

Today we started our event Two Bonus Weeks: Skin Data Boxes but the bonus probability of obtaining new skins from Skin Data Boxes was not correctly applied.
This has now been fixed and boxes should be giving items at the probability intended.

2. Follow Up Measures

We will be retrieving items obtained from Skin Data Boxes after today's maintenance and before we fixed the data for Skin Data Boxes.
We will be restocking the boxes and keys used for this as well.

3. Internal Process Improvements & Compensation Reward

We understand how important and sensitive probability-based items are, and we sincerely apologize for today’s oversight.
We will be strengthening our internal review process to ensure this does not happen again.
