First of all, thank you all for playing Eternal Return.
We have received incredible support for Season 10 and couldn’t be more appreciative.

We continue to listen to your feedback through every possible channel, now particularly regarding Season 10’s new item: the Forging Skin Exchange Voucher. Having heard your concerns, we would like to implement a few improvements during the 10.4 Update. However, please note this schedule is subject to change depending on development progress.

Additionally, we are looking into ways to return used Forging Skin Exchange Vouchers and extend the validity period for those currently held in your inventories.

1. Forging Skin Exchange Voucher Use Improvements 

Once these improvements are implemented, you will be able to choose your preferred currency in the Exchange menu by selecting either [Forging Skin Exchange Voucher] or [Tokens].

We are currently working on this feature and will provide more details through our Patch Notes once the schedule is confirmed.

2. Forging Skin Exchange Voucher Rollback Option

Upon request, we will return Forging Skin Exchange Vouchers used to obtain skins and retrieve the corresponding skins from your account. Please note that any related rewards, such as Collection rewards earned by obtaining those skins, will also be retrieved and Collection progress will be reset.

We know this process might seem overwhelming and complex, but it is necessary to ensure fairness for all players.

As many of you have already used your vouchers, we are preparing a dedicated webpage to collect these Rollback requests. We will keep you updated on the launch of this page.

3. Forging Skin Exchange Voucher Validity Period

The current structure of the "Forging Skin Exchange Voucher" is designed to be valid for approximately 300 days from the date of exchange. Many of you have pointed out that holding these vouchers in advance results in a shorter actual usage window, which can be a significant disadvantage.

After looking into it, we have found that the current system makes any improvements difficult to implement in the short term, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.

As a temporary measure, we will reset the validity period to approximately 300 days for all Forging Skin Exchange Vouchers held in player inventories prior to the 10.4 update maintenance.
