PATCH NOTES 10.4 - APRIL 16TH, 2026

Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 4 hours on Thursday, April 16th from 2 AM to 6 AM (UTC) to update Patch 10.7.

ER Pass & Token Exchange Shop Changes

As we previously announced, starting from the upcoming Season 11, we will be changing the way the ER Pass is activated so that it can be used immediately upon purchasing a Season Pack.
Consequently, the availability periods for the current Matsuri and Royal ER Pass, as well as the Season Token Exchange Shop, will end one week earlier than originally scheduled. Please keep the schedule below in mind so you don’t miss any details.

  • Matsuri ER Pass & Token Exchange Shop: Until Thurs, April 30th 2026 before maintenance

  • Royal ER Pass & Token Exchange Shop: Until: Thurs, August 6th 2026 before maintenance

Box/Disassemble/Personal Store Probability Changes

Changes will be applied on Thursday, April 30th during maintenance.

  • Daily Box, Season Fragment Vouchers, Common Season Fragment Vouchers, Uncommon Season Fragment Vouchers Items Update

  • Tokens provided at a probability through disassembly of complete items to S11 Tokens Update

  • Starting with Season 11, the probability application method for Personal Stores will change, and as a result, the acquisition rates for some components will be slightly adjusted.

*Probability information for the 11.0 update is currently being finalized and will be detailed in the 11.0 Patch Notes.

System Improvements


Store Nickname Change (UX) Improvements

You will now be able to directly check nickname conditions such as availability and length before purchasing a nickname change voucher in the Store!

  • Real-time Validation

    • If no input is detected for approximately 2 seconds after entering a nickname, an automatic validation check (duplicates, forbidden words, special characters, etc.) will run. A marker and the reason for unavailability will be displayed in real-time based on the results.

  • Final Confirmation Checkbox

    • To prevent accidental changes, a "Final Confirmation" checkbox has been added. The purchase button will only activate once this checkbox is manually ticked.

  • Nickname Change Restrictions during Queues

    • To ensure smooth match entry, access to nickname changes will be restricted while matchmaking is in progress.


S10 Lone Wolf Event Mode

Lone Wolf is closing for the season! Thank you all for participating.

  • Closes on: Wednesday, April 15th 23:59 (KST)


Matchmaking Adjustments

  • Asia 1

    • The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with 8600 Mythril or higher.

Character

Garnet

Following repeated buffs, Garnet’s overall metrics and performance have become very powerful. We are partially reverting the damage reduction effect of W - Suppressed Pain to reduce her durability and keep her stability in combat in check.

    • Damage Taken Reduction 55% → 50%

 

Nadine

We are reducing Nadine's Base Attack Power to slightly nerf her firepower.

  • Basic Attack Power 35 → 33

 

Nathapon

Nathapon is recording low stats so we are increasing his weapon mastery effects to make up for his lacking damage capabilities.

  • Skill Amp per Camera Mastery Level 4.3% → 4.4%

 

Laura

Laura currently carries a strong influence in high-tier play, recording a very high pick rate and excellent metrics. We are reverting the damage of Q - Thorn Lilac, which was buffed in Patch 10.5, to keep her sustained firepower at an appropriate level.

    • Damage 50/75/100/125/150(+Skill Amplification 60%) → 50/75/100/125/150(+Skill Amplification 55%)

 

Leni

Leni holds a significant advantage in skill trades and combat initiation due to the short cooldown of R - Spring Launch!. We are increasing the cooldown of this skill at later levels to adjust its excessively high use frequency and to encourage more careful judgment when casting.

Li Dailin

Glove Li Dailin’s overall stats are currently below average. We are increasing her weapon mastery effects to make up for her lacking power.

Mai

Mai currently has relatively low influence in combat, specifically showing a lack of average damage. To allow her to exert more meaningful pressure during sustained fights, we are increasing the HP scaling of P - Haute Couture.

    • Extra Basic Attack Damage 30(+Additional HP 4/7/10%) → 30(+Additional HP 5/8/11%)

 

Markus

Markus has been showing excellent performance based on his strong combat capabilities. We are reducing his HP per Level to keep his high durability in check, and increasing the cooldown of W - Havoc to bring the frequency of his crowd control down to a reasonable level.

Magnus

Magnus continues to show a strong performance with above-average stats. As the Attack Power scaling of W - 17 vs 1 is deemed somewhat excessive, we are reducing that value to keep his firepower in check.

Mirka’s score gain has been continuously low.  We are increasing her base hp to improve her overall performance.

Xiukai

We are increasing the defense bonus duration of W - Eat Up! to help Xiukai's ability to support his allies.

Silvia

Silvia continues to record very high stats in higher tiers. We are slightly reducing the defense bonus granted when mounting her bike with R - Shift Gears to reduce her durability during melee combat.

Abigail

Abigail maintains an excellent performance based on her high burst damage. As her late-game power is deemed excessive, we are reducing the defense reduction of P - Tearing Blade and the damage of E - Quantum Leap to keep her explosive potential in check.

Aya

Skill Amplification Aya is recording strong stats with particularly high metrics in mid-to-low tier brackets. We are reducing the skill amplification scaling of Q - Double Shot to keep her power in check.

Alonso

Despite recent buffs, Alonso's performance remains somewhat underwhelming. We are increasing the stun duration of Q - Energy Punch to help him better perform his role in hindering enemy movement.

Aiden

We are increasing the damage of Q - Lightning Strike for Aiden, who has been recording low average score gain.

Eleven

Eleven is showing a strong performance, recording very high win rates and high score gain in higher tiers. We have determined that her late-game durability is excessive, so we are reducing the HP recovery of the Eleven’s sliders from P - Ground Beef to keep her sustain in check during prolonged fights.

Karla

Karla is currently struggling with very low stats. As her power against enemies with high sustain is deemed insufficient, we are increasing the damage based on Target’s Max HP of P - Deckhand's Draw.

Kenneth is currently recording a very low win rate and average score gain. We are increasing the attack power scaling of Q - Fury Strike to improve the efficiency of attack power-based items and enhance his power as he grows.

Coraline

Coraline continues to show a high pick rate and excellent performance in the highest-tier brackets. As we’ve determined that the power of her mirror interactions is somewhat high, we are reducing the skill amplification increase from W - Mirror of Truth/Mirror of Falsehood. Additionally, we are reducing the projectile speed of E - Shackles of Sin when enhanced by a mirror to increase the difficulty of landing the skill and provide more counterplay for opponents.

Chloe

We are reducing the basic attack power of Chloe, who is currently recording a high score gain, to scale back her overall strength.

Chiara

Chiara has been struggling with consistently low metrics. We are increasing the HP recovery of Q - Hand of Corruption on-hit to make up for her lacking sustain in prolonged combat.

Tazia

Tazia is currently having difficulty performing well, recording very low metrics across most brackets. We are increasing the damage of her main skill, Q - Stiletto, to ensure she can deal sufficient damage and influence during fights.

Theodore

Theodore shows great synergy and strength when paired with melee test subjects. Countering his combat initiation with his ultimate is quite difficult at the moment, so we are reducing the movement speed bonus of R - Blast Energy Field to keep his performance in check.

Fenrir

Fenrir has been recording very low stats. We are increasing the attack power per level for Fenrir to boost his late-game power.

Priya

Priya currently suffers from a significant lack of individual damage-dealing capability. We are increasing the In Full Bloom damage of Q - Blossoming Melody and the damage of W - Portamento to strengthen her impact when utilizing skills offensively.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Gameplay Improvements

  • Following the end of the collaboration period, images and flavor text for related items (Uniform, Rebel With A Cause, etc.) have been updated to their standard versions.

  • Loop Card Key (γ, Red)’s Tooltip descriptions regarding the specific Day (Phase) when these items cannot be used have been improved for better clarity.

  • The explosion effect for enemy’s Protocol Violation Tactical Skill will no longer incorrectly trigger at specific unintended locations.

  • The item count will now update correctly when picking up only a partial stack of items dropped on the ground.

  • The guide robot Lumi will now properly use an umbrella during Rain weather conditions.

  • Spawn indicators for wild animals will no longer be hidden by character shadows.

  • Highlighting effects will now be correctly displayed when acquiring an item from a box while crafting.

  • Player kill counts should now be correctly increased.


Character & Weapon Improvements

  • Skills will no longer be canceled when a slow effect is applied while moving.

  • Tia: Ally/enemy identification effects for Full Rainbow (R) have been improved.

  • Laura: The code suspected to make Sly Step (E) reuse become unavailable has been fixed.

  • Sissela: Wilson will no longer move during basic attacks while wearing the Devilkin Sissela skin.

  • Camilo: Floor effects will no longer be obscured by the Vuelta (Q) skill effect while wearing the Crow Camilo skin.

  • Coraline: Coraline will now be correctly knocked back when using an enhanced basic attack on a White Lily Eco Objective immediately after casting Refracted Afterimage (R).

  • Fenrir: Character voice lines will now correctly play when getting downed or killed.


Lobby Improvements

  • Purchasing two or more new Augment slots in the Store will now correctly increase the total count.

  • The total number of owned Augment slots will now display correctly after a purchase in the Store.

  • Filtering logic for Forging will now apply correctly when canceling after using the "Batch Add” filter.

  • An error popup will no longer appear when opening 10 Boxes while the "Auto-Disassemble Owned Items" setting is enabled.

  • The suspected code to make it impossible to input text into the report reason field has been fixed.

  • The ESC key will now correctly display popup content on the matching screen after a Ranked game.

  • The button to toggle between character modeling and images on the Character page will no longer be incorrectly fixed as 2D.

  • Division areas will now display naturally for players whose previous season rank was Meteorite.
