New Character - Tsubame
Tsubame, a new test subject using Shuriken, has arrived on Lumia Island.
Tsubame will be on sale for A-coin 9,900 for two weeks after release and will not be available in Ranked Matches until Tuesday, December 12th.

Higuruma's Elimination Tecnique (P)
Tsubame's basic attack range is fixed at 4.5, and can not critically strike. Instead, her attack power increases by 0.4 for every 1% Critical Strike Chance and by 0.8 for every 1% Critical Damage.
Switching Technique: When Tsubame uses The Art Of Camouflage and Life and Death Seal, she leaves a Wooden Log at her location that lasts for 5 seconds.

Higuruma's Elimination Tecnique is fixed at level 1 and can not be leveled up.
Shuriken Deployment (Q)
Tsubame throws 3 shuriken to the targeted location. As the shuriken fly to the end of their path, they spin around, dealing 70/110/150/190/230(+90% Attack Power) skill damage to enemies hit and slowing them by 40% for 1 seconds.
Marked enemies get 1 additional stack of the mark.

The Art Of Camouflage (E)
Passive: The cooldown of Switching Technique is reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 seconds.
Tsubame spins in the targeted location and becomes invisible. Invisibility lasts for 0.7 seconds and can't be targeted while spinning.
Using Whirlwind while invisible due to The Art Of Camouflage will activate without breaking invisibility.

Life and Death Seal (R)
Passive: Tsubame marks enemies hit by her basic attack that lasts for 6 seconds. The mark can stack up to 3 times, and when the target is fully stacked, they share vision with Tsubame.
When a fully stacked enemy target is within range, Tsubame quickly moves toward them and slashes through their marks, dealing 25/50/75/100/125(+70% Attack Power)(+2/2.5/3/3.5/4% of target’s Max HP(+0.05% per 1 Attack Power)) skill damage and recovering 75% of the damage Dealt.
Dealing damage to enemy test subjects reduces the cooldown of Whirlwind by 50%, Switching Technique by 30%, and awakens Engraved Battle Sense for 6 seconds.
Engraved Battle Sense can stack up to {5} times, increasing the damage of Life and Death Seal by 33% per stack.
Designating a Wooden Log as a target with this skill, allows Tsubame to move quickly to its location and swap places.

Solo Players Matched With 2P Premade Teams Loss Recovery
Solo players will partially recover their lost rank points when matched with a 2-person premade team.
Up to 5 lost points will be recovered.
The discount on the solo queue entrance fee will be applied cumulatively, allowing for a maximum benefit of 10 points.
Loss recovery does not convert into positive scores.
The “Exclude 2P Premade Teams” option is currently under development and will be added in a future update.
Ping System Improvements - 2nd Round
Following on from the last preseason update, we're adding a little more ping functionality.
When you ping unavailable, such as unable to revive or unable to purchase a rootkit, your teammates will be notified via system chat why you are unavailable.
When you ping a teammate's empty equipment slot, they will be notified via system chat that you have found an empty slot.
Pinging a Wild Animal spawn marker will display the "Time remaining until Wild Animals respawn" system chat.
When you ping craftable equipment, it will notify your teammates via system chat that the item can be crafted, encouraging them to refrain from engaging in combat.
When you ping an item in your inventory, it will tell you the total quantity of the same item you have in your inventory. (e.g. if you ping one chain when you have 2 chains, it will tell you 2 chains)
Sound effects have been added when pinging a skill.
Color coding of system chat from pings has been improved.

Critical Strike Damage Scaling Increase
Builds focused on critical strike rate are too weak in early game, but become very powerful with Legendary equipment, leading to a lot of Legendary equipment-driven play. So we’re adjusting the power curve of Critical Strike Damage builds by boosting basic Critical Strike Damage and reducing the impact of Legendary equipment power.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
Mythril 200 Rank Points
An issue was identified regarding the “Demotion” at 6200 points for Mythril Tier.
Cause: The logic for automatic application based on the Immortal criteria of global servers encountered problems during the application process.
Result: Demotion defense is triggered at 6200 points, and if negative points are received again, 50 points are deducted.
The score calculation formula has been adjusted to prevent "Demotion" and will be resolved after the update.
However, additional adjustments are needed for demotion effects, and these will be addressed in the 1.11 update. In other words, scores will be processed normally, but demotion effects will only appear when dropping below 6200 points (remaining bug).
Score Recovery: For all players who experienced demotion at 6200 points during the 1.9 update, Demotion defense and the 50-point deduction will be reverted, and the actual scores that should have been received will be applied. This change will be implemented during maintenance hours.
Note: While some may see an increase in scores, there might be cases where scores are deducted from the current total for those who have experienced Demotion defense frequently.
Gameplay Improvements
Healing Drone Recovery will now be normally applied when in Stasis.
Legendary items held by an eliminated target will now be correctly turned into Rewards.
The number of opponent kills will now be immediately reflected in the Death Overlay.
Players will no longer be considered as dodging when being AFK for waiting long between elimination and revival.
Selecting a collecting material in the Item Catalog will now display its location on the extended map.
You’ll now be able to search for items obtained from collecting and fishing in Loadout > Item Catalog > By area.
The remaining number of surviving teams will no longer be deducted upon death and team elimination.
Calling a remote drone will no longer give only 1 stone item.
Transition to Day 6 will now occur normally when only 2 teams are left by moving to the Escape Area while the Temporary Safe Zone is activated.
Item skill tooltips will now correctly display the Melee and Ranged indicators.

The status icon will now be correctly displayed while charging the Nunchaku Weapon Skill Breath of the Dragon (D).
Nicky: Pure Rage Uppercut!! (R) lobby tooltip will now provide information about becoming unstoppable while dashing to the enemy target.

Rio: Hanare (Hankyu W) will now show all projectiles when checking the skill’s range.

Lobby Improvements
The animation intro has been temporarily removed.
There will now be 5 recommended Saved Plans displayed instead of 3 in the strategic map selection step.
Unassigned shortcut keys' wording has been changed from “Unknown” to “Unspecified”.
The top 3 ratio calculation for frequently used characters will now be correctly applied in Profile > Summary.
Stats will now be correctly displayed in Profile > Match History > Stats.
Selection and saving rules for backgrounds and borders will now be applied correctly in Profile > Profile.
Clicking the season list button after entering other players' info in Ranked Results will no longer take you back to Results.
The balance information bottom will no longer be displayed as a Season Token when confirming skin purchases in Mileage Exchange.
Item names will now be correctly shown in the Disassemble confirmation popup in Forging > Forging.
The purchase quantity will no longer be set to 0 in the purchase popup for bundle items with a one-time purchase limit.
Season rewards emote tooltips will now be correctly displayed in all languages.

You’ll now receive notifications normally for unclaimed Season Pack rewards in your in-game mailbox.
