PATCH NOTES 1.19 - April 11th, 2024

Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 5 hours on April 11th from 2 AM to 7 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.19.


New Character - Charlotte

Our new character, Charlotte will be making her debut as she joins the Arcana team.

Charlotte will cost 9,900 A-Coin in her first 2 weeks post-release. She will be available in Ranked matches starting on Tuesday, April 16th.

A Pure Heart (P)

Charlotte gains a stack of A Pure Heart every time nearby allies lose 25% HP due to enemy attacks. Allies healed by her gain 1/3/5% recovery and shield per stack. (Max Stacks: 3)

  • Nearby Allies Range: 7m

Light Bearer (Q)

Charlotte creates a pool and sphere of light at a designated location, which last for a 2 seconds.

The sphere of light flies towards the nearest enemy within range and attaches to them, exploding shortly after and dealing 120/150/180/210/240(+Skill Amplification 95%) skill damage.

Enemies hit are slowed for 60%, recovering their movement speed over 1.5 seconds.

A Dash of Hope (E)

Charlotte becomes untargetable and dashes to a designated ally, granting them a shield that absorbs 40/65/90/115/140(+Skill Amplification 35%) damage for 2.5 seconds.

  • SP Cost: 40/45/50/55/60

Divine Intervention (R)

Charlotte manifests a Divine Intervention. After 1.5 seconds, nearby allies become invincible for 2 seconds.
*Invincible players are not affected by action contraints, nor do they take damage.

Vacance Tokens Ending Notice (Last Reminder)

  • As we announced before through our Vacance Tokens Ending Notice (Update) post, Vacance Tokens will remain valid only until just before the maintenance on April 11th. After Vacance Tokens have expired, they will become invalid and will not be eligible for exchange into Battle Maids Tokens or any other in-game currency.

  • If you still have some Vacance Tokens, make sure to exchange them before this week’s maintenance.

You will now be able to preview emote movements and sounds!

Gameplay Improvements

Downed Skills Improvements

Using the downed skill AED (R) on yourself now consumes health while you’re down, making you die much faster if enemies are nearby. The activation conditions will be lifted a little to increase its usability when you are already at a distance from your enemies. Additionally, the Enemy Kill Effect will no longer trigger from too far away.

  • Obstinacy(W)

    • (NEW) Consumes 10% of the downed test subject’s current HP.

    • Movement Speed Increase Duration 5s → 3s

    • Cooldown 7s → 4s

  • AED (R)

    • (NEW) Consumes 80% of the downed test subject’s current HP.

    • Downed HP will not naturally decrease while channeling.

    • Channeling Time 25s → 20s

  • Enemy Kill Effect

    • The Enemy Kill Effect from killing a downed enemy will be applied only up to a 23m radius.


Temporary Safe Zones and Restricted Areas' Count

  • The temporary safe zone phase will no longer immediately be over when only 2 teams are remaining.

  • Restricted Area Count Restored from killing an enemy 8s → 10s


Rapid Reconstruction (Auto-Revival) 

  • Rapid Reconstruction Duration at Level 7 15s → 10s


Color Customization Improvements - Minimap Noise Pings

You will now be able to customize the color of noise pings displayed on the minimap!

On the other hand, we’re increasing Dagger Xiukai's damage, since this one’s not performing well.

Shoichi

We’re replacing tactical skills that were super underutilized.

  • Healing Wind (REMOVED)

    • Consume 200 HP to become Pledged for 10 seconds. While Pledged, you slowly recover (Melee 60~90 / Ranged 40~60) HP per second and all damage is increased by (Melee 12~24%/Ranged 9~18%). The effect becomes stronger the longer you are Pledged. Enhanced: If you help eliminate or kill a test subject, the effect is renewed.

Balancing

We’re nerfig the default tac skill to motivate players to use other tactical skills. We’re also reducing the price for Gravitational Field to reduce the burden of purchasing this item.

  • Vs. AI will now start normally when pressing Quick Start during the Character Selection Phase.

  • The arrival point and “On the way” ping location will now be displayed on the correct location.

  • Nathapon: Nathapon's F-Stop (R) will now correctly trigger AMDS in Cobalt Protocol.

  • Bianca: Circulation (E) will now correctly apply skill damage after focusing ends when using the Tactical Skill Totem.

  • Adina: Fated Horizon (E) will now correctly work even when the targeted subject is on a Portable Campfire.

  • Jan: Uppercut (D)'s damage will now be correctly applied.

  • Aiden: Backstep (E)'s cooldown will now correctly reset.

  • Eleven will no longer start the game with her crafting tools being displayed.

  • Tsubame will no longer incorrectly become invisible.

Lobby Improvements

  • We’re adding a Skin Received Effect when getting a skin you do not own yet as an Event Mission reward.

  • New achievements will now be correctly counted.

  • Achievement counts will no longer reset.

  • Challenges and Profile menu buttons will now normally work when returning to the lobby during the Game Preparation phase.

  • The reward notification will now correctly disappear righ after collecting a Completed Collection reward.

  • Forging > Box: Research Center Data boxes owned will now be displayed correctly.

  • Achievement Mission Results Screen will no longer freeze.

  • Batch Disassembly will now properly work in the Forging menu.
