Justyna can store up to 200/250/300 energy, which is consumed when using Barrage & Annihilation and Boost Dash. She passively recovers 3 energy every 0.25 seconds. If her energy drops below 50, she starts Recharging.
Recharging: While Recharging, Justyna cannot use her basic skills and she recovers energy over 3 seconds. While in this state, her movement speed is increased by 3%(+Skill Amp 1%).
Justice Served: When Justyna deals skill damage to marked targets, the mark is consumed, dealing 40/60/80(+Skill Amp 25%) additional skill damage. Nearby enemies take 100% of the additional skill damage if they are marked and 50% if they are unmarked. Each time a mark is consumed, Justyna recovers 30 energy.
The energy recovered when used on wild animals is reduced to 50%.
Barrage & Annihilation (Q)
Justyna fires energy beams twice in the targeted direction, each dealing 40/65/90/115/140(+Skill Amp 35%) skill damage. The skill can be recast within 3 seconds.

Hisui
Hisui has shown moments of overwhelming power, making it difficult for opponents to counter in certain situations. However, despite this strong impression, Hisui’s overall performance hasn't been particularly high. There are also many cases where Hisui struggles, leading to inconsistent results.
To balance this, we’re toning down some of Hisui’s key strengths while improving base stats to provide more stability. Getsurin Slash (E) can now be interrupted by crowd control, requiring more careful usage. Hisui can now only move with Iaido Strike (W2) when hitting an enemy, adding more risk while increasing its reward on hit. Additionally, weapon skills no longer stack Iaido, making it harder to repeatedly use Nichirin Cut (W3) in a short time.
Overall, while her movement now has more counterplay and stacking is harder, we’re increasing Hisui’s base stats to improve consistency.
