Entry Cost Discounts Based On Premade Team Size

2-player queues are scoring the highest in ranked matches on average, so we’re balancing this out by discounting the entry cost for 1- and 3-player queues.

Satellite Radar To Stop Working On Day 5

Satellite Radar is a way to get a sense of the strategic state of the game, but from Day 5 onwards, when the number of Safe Zones decreases, its strategic significance diminishes dramatically and it appears to have greater side effects as it is only used as a basis for combat intervention. So it will stop working on Day 5 to improve consistency in late-game battles.

  • Satellite Radar will no longer work on Day 5 onwards.

 

Designated Restricted Areas Speed Adjustments

By narrowing the playable space in the late game, it will reduce the frequency with which too many teams survive to the final safe zone.

Wild Animals

  • Wild animals kill experience sharing range 15m → 18m

 

Other Improvements

  • Sound effects have been added to skills and items when they are unavailable to use.

  • The friend limit has been increased to 200.

  • The Get Twitch Drops button will be moved to the mailbox to make it easier to find.

  • When the mouse cursor is over the test subject and you press Alt + click, the ping does not appear immediately; instead, the ping will occur when you release the click. You can select a ping by Alt + clicking and dragging the mouse on a test subject or objective.

  • Alt + dragging will display text along with the symbol, making things a little clearer.
     

  • Being pulled into matchmaking after canceling will no longer occur.

    • It did not recur in internal reproduction attempts but the conditions for reproduction are not clear, so if it occurs even after the update, please report it.

  • Normal matchmaking range has been slowed down a bit to increase with matchmaking wait time, giving you a slightly better chance of getting a match that fits your MMR.

Nadine

Wild, which is granted when hunting wild animals, is Nadine's unique personality, but she is somewhat dependent on it and tends to avoid combats. In the previous patch, we gave Wild stacks to test subject kills as well, but it's still not enough, so we're reducing the stacks she gets from hunting bears and buffing her base damage. It's not so much that it loses its animal-hunting playstyle identity, but we'll continue to tweak it to make it more engaging and powerful when your team wants to engage.

Leni has a high pick rate and win rate, as well as a good average score, but when used by multiple teams, her damage is a bit low and combat sustain is very high, leading to prolonged battles. Chloe

Chloe fights alongside Nina as a puppeteer, but currently Nina's individual combat abilities are low, causing Chloe to do most of the damage. To improve this situation, we're increasing Nina's basic attack speed to increase her individual combat power, and we're also making better use of Nina's stab attack so that both have more synergy when fighting together.

We're increasing the early game cooldown of Depraved Prayer (W) to compensate for Chiara's weak early game durability.

Tazia

We're reversing some of Tazia's previous durability buffs due to her high stats. Additionally, changes to Stiletto/Spada (Q) make it harder to deal explosive damage to targets immune to knockback, so we're moving some of the explosive damage to damage on hit.

Felix

We’re improving Priya's ability to level up Nature's Call (P) faster. Additionally, we're buffing Priya's head armor. (See Armor - Head)

Gameplay Improvements

  • Season 2 ER Pass Week 2 missions will now be completed properly.

  • (Multiple Matches) Score 130 TK: The mission's achievement requirement has been changed to 14 gameplays as the counting of TK was previously inaccurate.

  • (Single Match) Slaying 4 or more test subjects will now be correctly counted.

  • ER Points rewards values for some missions of the Season 2 ER Pass Week 2 will now be properly set.

Character & Weapon Improvements

  • Some test subjects basic attacks will no longer deal additional damage to installations.

  • Location information will now be correct when using other skills immediately after Recasting Dual Sword Rampage Skill (D2).

  • Targets in Mutant and Wolf Packs will now apply Aggro to other targets in the pack when hitting the Throw weapon skill Smokescreen (D).

  • Nicky & Daniel: voices will be added.

    • In the case of the English Voice, in order to preserve the memory of Daniel's default skin Voice Actor Billy Kametz, new voicelines were not recorded by the new Voice Actor and they have not been added in-game. We hope you understand this as we hope to keep Billy's voice alive through Daniel. Thank you. 
  • Nicky: Launch Pads moves while casting Pure Rage Uppercut!! (R) will no longer damage the target when the move is canceled.

  • Tia: Color Mixing (P) effect has been modified to match the actual mixed color.

  • Laura: Twilight Heist (R) grappling hook will no longer be visible in the Battle Zone fog.

  • Leon: Bushes will no longer be obscured when Leon’s pools and tactical skill Blink overlap within the bush.

  • Barbara: Previously generated sentry guns will now disappear when reinstalling BT Sentry Gun Mk.II (Q)

  • Barbara: Embolden Augment will no longer be activated after using Magnetic Cyclone (E)

  • Bernice: Buckshot (P) additional attacks will no longer be triggered less frequently than the Critical Strike Chance.

  • Karla: The direction of movement will now be displayed when using Grappling Maneuver (E) as an instant cast of an additional hotkey.

  • Cobalt Protocol: Fissure’s peer identification has been improved.


Lobby Improvements

  • Designs for items you own will now display the ownership indicator in Forging Box Rewards.

  • The content in Loadout > Saved Plans > Create a Saved Plan will now be displayed in the correspondent language.

  • Season Pack reward icons in the mailbox will now be displayed correctly after changing language preferences.

  • Previously used skins will now be saved.

  • The chosen augment classification icon will no longer look active when changing the classification in Loadout > Augments.

  • Participation will no longer be applied to the team chat tab in Results after the game ends.

  • Stats in the Item Catalog will no longer overlap with the text on the bottom line.

  • The start button in the strategy map selection step will now be displayed in the right color.

  • Event banner images will now be correctly displayed even in unstable network conditions.

  • The current ER Pass level will now be displayed in the right location in the ER Pass Rewards and Missions tab.

  • Team numbers will now be correctly displayed when entering the strategy map selection step as a spectator in a Custom Match.

  • Visibility of currently selected tactical skills in Saved Plans > Tactical Skills has been improved.
